Our Policies
Payment:
We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Pure Bliss Body Confections Gift Cards. Our credit card sales are processed securely through Square or PayPal. Payment is due at time of order.
Shipping:
We general process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. If you need a rush on shipping please contact us and we will do our best to fulfill your request. We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders once they are in the hands of the USPS. However, if you do have a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible so that we may work with the USPS to resolve any issues and make sure that you are satisfied.
**If you live in a warmer climate please be aware that some melting may occur with our products. If this happens a quick trip to the refrigerator should fix any issues. It's also important to make sure that packages are not left outside any longer than necessary.
Exchanges and Returns:
Due to the nature of our products we do not typically accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues.
Cancellations:
We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible for your benefit. If you do wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped. We do not accept any cancellations for custom orders.
Customs & Import Taxes for Orders outside of the US:
By law, customers are solely responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply for their order.
We are not responsible for any delays that may occur with customs.
Mailing List:
If you consent to our Mailing List please rest assured that we will never sell your information to third party sources. We will send emails about new products, sales and events on an occasional basis. If you wish to opt out of our Mailing List you may do so at any time by contacting us.
